ELECTRONIC PACKAGING
As a natural extension to the PCB based keyboard FST offer customers a full PCB population service onto the reverse of the switching board. Therefore being able to supply a complete sub assembly, removing the possible necessity of wiring looms, interfaces, daughter boards and other sub assembly hardware, which in turn, offers additional cost savings.

ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY (EMC)
Compliance to the directive 89/336/EEC applies to nearly all electronic and electrical equipment. FST are able to offer a number of solutions which can be an integral part of the membrane construction.

STAINLESS STEEL KEYBOARDS
Manufactured from stainless steel, these keyboards offer a higher degree of protection, particularly in harsh environments where concentrated chemicals may come into contact or the keyboards are prone to abuse. Particular applications include security, chemical processing and food manufacturing environments meeting the necessary health and safety requirements. These keyboards can be either in a flexible or a PCB format.
